Triple-Insulated Wire (TIW) is a high-performance wire designed for demanding applications. It features a single enameled wire conductor encased in three layers of insulation made from PET and nylon. This construction provides excellent dielectric strength, enabling the wire to withstand high voltages and making it ideal for transformer windings.
We produce TIW with diameters ranging from 0.13 mm to 1.0 mm to meet a variety of application needs. In addition to standard single-strand TIW, we also offer triple-insulated Litz wire, which is composed of multiple insulated strands twisted together to enhance performance in high-frequency applications. Both types have a minimum order quantity of 1,000 meters, ensuring flexibility to meet diverse project needs.
